I do genealogy and had just learned that Russ and Stephen are third cousins to me through Vivienne's Braun ancestry. I was saddened to learn today when I searched the Hovanec name, that Frank had passed. I had read through the family's facebook pages and felt I had come to know all of you through your pictures just days before. I read the obituary in awe of a man that had accomplished much in his lifetime. So proud each of you must be. It is so amazing to have a parent live into their late 90's.. What a legacy to his family.. My prayers are with each of you. God bless you all.

Frank was one of my very favorite people at B&W. He was a gentle giant who was always direct and truthful with you even if he thought that you were in the wrong. I'm thrilled to learn that he lived such a long and productive life after retiring from B&W since I had been told that he had passed away shortly after his retirement. God truly did bless him. RIP Frank.

Russ and Kristin, I'm sorry to hear of Frank's passing. About 10 years ago I met him and your mom and when he told me his name I mentioned I only knew one other person with that name, Russ who lived in N.J. when I also did. He said, "that's my son". From then on I'd stop and speak with him and your mom in the grocery store or at Twin Lakes. What a great guy , I'm so sorry for your loss. Hope to see you Saturday at the service. Bryan Pennington
