Barbara was indeed a very special person. One of the themes I heard at today’s memorial service was how kind she was. So true. Always smiling, always ready to bring joy to those around her. I will miss keeping in touch with Barbara. She and Harold have left a tremendous legacy through their children and grandchildren. RIP, my friend.

Jay, I was so so sorry to hear about your dear mother, I always loved seeing her when she would come play Bridge with the ladies here at The Village at Brookwood. We will all miss her sweet smile. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Lately, I've had Barbara on my mind & so I prayed for her as I had a nagging feeling something could be wrong. I was so sorry when she closed her shop & appreciate all the help she gave me on finding patterns & she never got to see the 2nd one finished. You all are in my prayers, & she will be missed! God Bless!

Hersh & Joan met Barbara and Harold and their wonderful family years ago where they spent many summers making memories in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Hersh says Barbara was absolutely one of the nicest people he has ever met in his life. He was very much looking forward to calling her on New Years Day as he had for many years to wish her a Happy New Year and let her know he was thinking of her. Condolences from Hersh and the Minsky family to the Lloyd family on the loss of their beautiful mom and grandmom. She will surely be missed.

I am so sorry for the passing of your Mom, Mrs. Barbara, was such a sweet lady. I enjoyed stopping by the shop just to catch up on all the kids and get a vote of confidence when I would hit a slow cross stitch project. She always say, "You will pick it back up, be patient ". I'm so grateful to call her friend and hope I will see her again. God bless you all and know that God has you all in his arms to comfort you. Cherish your memories.
With deepest sympathy, Martha
