Burlington – Mrs. Virginia Fletcher, 78, of Burlington died at the Hospice Home on Saturday, May 20, 2017 at 12:12 p.m.
A native of Wayne County, WV, she was the wife of the late Jimmy Ray Fletcher and the daughter of James Edward Streets and Sally Ball Streets, both deceased. Mrs. Fletcher was a former bank teller and attended St. Mark’s Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Stacy Fletcher Riddle and husband Tim of Burlington; son, James B. Fletcher and wife Amy of Troutville, VA; brother, Jack Streets and wife Sally of Ashland, KY; grandchildren, Ragan, Carly, Fletcher, Ellie and Cody; three nieces; and one nephew.
A memorial service will be conducted at St. Mark’s Church on Sunday, June 4, 2017 at 2:00 PM by Rev. Ben Bishop with the family receiving friends in the atrium following the service.
