Thomas Franklin "Tommy" Hardin

Mr. Thomas Franklin “Tommy” Hardin, 93, of Swepsonville passed away at Alamance Health Care Center on Monday, November 20, 2017at 5:05 p.m.

A native of Rock Hill, SC, he was the husband of the late Dorothy Holland Hardin and the late Bonita “Bonnie” Hardin and the son of Reid Hardin and Vaudie Norman Hardin, both deceased.  Tommy was a veteran of the US Army Air Corps serving during WWII.  He was a member of Swepsonville Baptist Church where he was a deacon, a former Sunday School teacher and a member of the Elmer Lee Phillips Sunday School class.

Mr. Hardin is survived by his daughter, Carol H. Ornsbey and her husband, Bobby of Swepsonville.

The funeral service will be conducted at the Rich & Thompson Chapel in Graham on Friday, November 24, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. by Rev. Roger Roach. Burial will follow at Graham Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends prior to the service at the Rich & Thompson Funeral Home and Crematory in Graham on Friday, November 24, 2017 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
