Sharon, Pat and Steve, I was sad to learn of June's passing. I worked with her at Somers-Pardue Agency for a long time before I moved away and she was such a wonderful friend to me and our co-workers. My heart is broken for your loss. May God provide the peace and comfort you need during this time of bereavement.

It was with much sadness we learned of Aunt June's passing. I am Louise, Charles Guthrie's wife. I had the privilege of meeting her on several occasions, and she shared with me many stories about Charlie and his youth. She gave me a picture of her wedding day and Charlie was her ring bearer. Charlie spoke of her often with pride and admiration . She played a major part in his upbringing. Charlie has just come home from Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC with major blood clots in both lungs so the doctor will not allow him to travel yet. He said to tell the family he so much wanted to be there to be a part of her Celebration Of Life. He will be thinking of the family in this time of grief and sorrow. May God give you peace and comfort at this time. Love to all, Charlie and Louise Guthrie

I remember June well from my days at Somers-Pardue. She was a delightful person and brought a level of professionalism to the office. She was a friend and helper to everyone and earned our respect very quickly. So sorry for your loss. Godspeed, June, You made a difference to everyone whose life you touched.
