Dear Family of Mr. Best, I am sadden to read this today. May God give you all peace and fill your hearts with many loving memories throughout this time of sorrow. Though I only met with Mr. Best a few times he is someone who remained in my memory of those I have been able to serve through the NCDSB. He spoke highly of his family including his companion Skippy.
