William Gene Williams III

William Gene Williams III, 25, went to be home with the Lord on January 4, 2021. Family & Friends will be welcomed; Visitation is at Rich & Thompson in Burlington, on January 9, 2021 from 3-5PM. The funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 10, 2021 at 2PM at Rich & Thompson Chapel following with a graveside committal at Pleasant Grove Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Ruffin, NC.

Gene was a one of a kind individual and legend, who never met a stranger. He lived life to the fullest and always had a positive attitude no matter the situation. He thrived to make everyone smile. He built his life from “wheeling and dealing.” He LOVED racing dirt bikes, muscle cars, 4X4 trucks, wheelie riding motorcycles, shooting guns, burnouts and horse-back riding. There was nothing that he couldn’t ride. He was a loyal friend and loving family member. He will be missed tremendously by all who knew him.

Survivors include his mother; Kathryn Callicutt, Sister & Brother-In-Law; Kasey & Trevor Mann, Brother; Robert “Cole” Williams, The Love of His Life & The Mother of his Unborn Son; Taylor Dawkins, & Father; William Gene Williams Jr.
