Mr. Thomas William Sikes, 55, of Graham passed away at Alamance Regional Medical Center on Friday, January 31, 2020 at 9:25 a.m.
A native of Alamance County, he was the son of the late Thomas Haywood Sikes and Betty Dorsett Sikes, who survives. He was a veteran of the U. S. Navy and a former maintenance supervisor at Luxfer Gas Cylinders. He attended Hico Baptist Church.
In addition to his mother of Graham, survivors include a daughter, Megan Sikes Lloyd and husband Tyler of Graham; brother, Arthur Rhodes Sikes of Graham; sister, Kristie Renee Sikes of Graham; grandson, Tucker William Lloyd; friend and former wife, Angel Sikes; nephew, Michael Dallas Queen and wife Carol; two nieces, Jessica Queen Dodson and husband Dustin and her children Makinlee and Oaklee and Brooke Andrews and husband Justin and her children, Jackson and Hunter and a brother-in-law, Richard Peake. He was preceded in death by a sister, Deborah Sikes Peake.
The funeral service will be conducted at the Rich & Thompson Chapel in Graham on Monday, February 3, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. by Rev. Dave Mros and Rev. Jerry Sanders with the family receiving friends from 12:45 until 1:45 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will follow at Mt. Hermon United Methodist Church Cemetery. Other times they will be at the residence of his sister, Kristie Sikes, 2233 Swepsonville Road, Lot F, Graham, NC.
