Tammy Lynn Ward

     Tammy Lynn Ward, 58, of Burlington,  passed away on her birthday, at her residence on Wednesday 3/31/2021.   A native of Alamance County,  she was the daughter of the late Freddie Lee Ward and Judy Andrews Ward,  who survives.

     Tammy was known for her smile to all who knew her.  She was a 1981 graduate of Graham High School and a member of Emmanuel United Methodist Church. She formerly worked as a Mortgage Loan Officer and as an Office Manager.  She worked with Freedom Financial Services and Brookshire Development for over 20 years.

     In addition to her mother,  Tammy is survived by her brother, Dean Ward, of Graham;  her uncles, Charles A. Andrews and William Grant Andrews,  both of Elon as well as numerous cousins.

     A celebration of Tammy’s life will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday 4/6/2021 at the Rich and Thompson Chapel in Graham.  Burial will follow at Alamance Memorial Park.

    The family will receive and greet friends prior to the service on Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m.
