Susan Fox Blue

Susan Fox Blue, 71, of Burlington, passed away Thursday, July 15, 2021 at Alamance Regional Medical Center in Burlington.

A native of Person County, Mrs. Blue was the daughter of the late Christo Younger Fox and the late Margaret Munday Fox.

Mrs. Blue was a former Home Health Care Provider for Touched By and Angel and a member of the First Baptist Church of Haw River.

Mrs. Blue is survived by two sons, Billy Joe Blue and Elmon Marcus Blue, both of the home; four grandchildren, Joshua Lee Blue, Cheyenne Oliver, Aaron Oliver and Nicole Dawn Davis, five great-grandchildren, Elijah Nieves, Xavier Nieves, Harper Schults, Olivia Riley and Levi Riley; sisters, Phyllis Fox Stallings (Don), of Elon and Carolyn Robertson, Cardiff, Wales; brothers, Steve Younger Fox (Dixie), of Dandridge, TN and Mark A. Fox (Kathy), of Burlington.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Blue was preceded in death by two brothers, James Larry Fox and John Scott Fox.

The family will receive friends at Rich and Thompson Funeral Service in Burlington, Tuesday, July 20th, 2021 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM.

The funeral will follow in the Rich and Thompson Chapel at 2:00 PM. Officiating will be the Rev. Walter Jones. Burial will follow in Alamance Memorial Park.
