Sue Ross Pickard

Sue Ross Pickard, 78, of Chapel Hill, passed away at her residence on Saturday, November 3, 2018.

A native of Wake County, she was the wife of Clyde Pickard and the daughter of the late O.A. Ross and the late Blanche Jeffreys Ross. She was a retired employee of Blue Cross/Blue Shield and a member of the Clover Garden United Methodist Church.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Robin P. Miller and her husband Chris of Burlington; one son, Stephen Pickard of Chapel Hill; and three grandchildren, Camden Miller, Bryson Pickard and Jalynn Pickard.

The family will receive friends at the Rich and Thompson Funeral Home and Crematory in Graham, NC on Monday evening from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at the Clover Garden United Methodist Church with Rev. Aaron Hayworth officiating. The committal service will be held immediately after the service in the church cemetery.
