Mr. Sidney Stuart Robertson, Jr.

Sidney Stuart Robertson, Jr., 84, of Graham, died on Thursday, December 7, 2017 at the Hospice Home in Burlington.

A native of High Point, he was the husband of the late Bettie Lou Ridge Robertson and the son of Sidney Stuart Robertson and Blanche Holton Robertson, both deceased. He was an industrial engineer and was a veteran of the United States Air Force, serving in the Korean War. Stuart was a member of Springfield Friends Church, the Burlington Shrine Club, and the Thomas Holt Masonic Lodge. He was also a member the American Legion and loved attending the American Legion baseball games.

Survivors include his two sons, Craig Robertson and wife Jonna of Gibsonville and Dale Robertson of Graham; four grandchildren, LeeAnna Robertson and fiancé Michael Myers, John Robertson, Matthew Robertson and wife Chelsea, and Michael Robertson; and one great grandchild, Lucas Robertson.

Stuart was the youngest of eleven children and was preceded in death by eight sisters and two brothers.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM on Sunday, December 10, 2017 at the Rich and Thompson Chapel in Graham with Pastor Wayne Sartin officiating. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2:30 to 3:45 PM prior to the service at the funeral home and at other times will be at the residence.
