Mrs Jeanie Jerrell Riggins

Jeanie Jerrell Riggins, 82, of Burlington passed away at AuthoraCare Hospice Home, Sunday, August 9, following 2 years of failing health. A native of Alamance County, she was the wife of Curtis Elton Riggins and daughter of the late Robert Fuller Jerrell and Annie Jane Williamson Jerrell.

Mrs. Riggins was a retired salesperson at Rolane and J. C. Penny.

Surviving, other than her husband, are a daughter, Chantyle Riggins; 2 sons, Rodney Riggins (Shannon), and Shawn Riggins; 5 grandchildren, Brittany Long, Drew Riggins, Bridget Perry, Cole Riggins, and Dylan Riggins; and 2 great grandchildren, Curtis Perry and Leonard Perry.

The family would like to invite friends and family to a memorial service at the residence on Pond Rd. on Sunday, August 16, beginning at 4:00 PM.
