Sheila Ward Bissette

Sheila Ward Bissette, 57, of Burlington passed away at Alamance Regional Medical Center on Tuesday, January 5, 2021.

A native of Alamance County, she was the loving and devoted wife of Michael Wayne Bissette and the daughter of Ronald King Ward and Doris Huffines Ward, all who survive. She was Senior Administrative Assistant for Business and Industry at Alamance Community College with 30 years of service.

In addition to her husband and parents, survivors include a brother, Michael Lee Ward and wife Sara of Burlington; step grandchildren, Michael Trey Bissette and Brandon Sage Bissette; and step great grandchild, Justin Luke Bissette. She was preceded in death by a step son, Michael Brandon Bissette.

A graveside service will be conducted at Magnolia Cemetery on Sunday, January 10, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. by Rev. Ricky Lewis.
