Rebecca Grey Swicegood Massey

Rebecca Grey Swicegood Massey, 74, of Gibsonville passed away suddenly at Alamance Regional Medical Center on Thursday, August 1, 2019.

A native of Guilford County, she was the wife and companion of 51 years to Bobby Joe Massey, who survives and the daughter of Rev. Olin Grey Swicegood and Willie Mae Swicegood, both deceased.  She was the office manager at Bobby J. Massey, CPA, and a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Troutman, NC.

In addition to her husband of their home, survivors include a niece, Jacqueline Bost Winters; nephew, Craig Bost; great niece, Leila Anne McDaniel; and great-nephew, William Robert Winters. She was preceded in death by a sister, Leila Mae Swicegood Bost.

The family will receive friends at the Rich & Thompson Funeral and Cremation Service in Burlington on Thursday, August 8, 2019 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.
