Raymond “Ray” Worth Clark, 79, of Greensboro passed away at his residence on Tuesday, February 7, 2023 following several months of declining health.
A native of Alamance County, he was the husband of Mary Ann Andrews Clark, who survives and the son of Henry Clark and Cora Dodson Clark, both deceased. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army 82nd Airborne. Ray retired from Burlington Industries with 27 years of service and was owner of a mobile home park and trucking company. He was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to his wife of their home, survivors include a daughter, Deborah Henley and husband Don; two grandchildren, Trey Henley and Kayla Henley and fiancé Justin Hill; sister-in-law, Cathy Hearne and husband Dee; and special caregiver, Keisha Thompson.
A memorial service will be held at Rich & Thompson in Graham on Saturday, March 18, 2023 at 11:30 am.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Guilford County Animal Shelter, 980 Guilford College Road, Greensboro, NC 27409.
