Paula Parrish Ryskiewich


Mrs. Paula Parrish Ryskiewich, 54, of Mebane, passed away at Hospice Home in Burlington on Tuesday, January 8, 2019.

A native of Fuquay-Varina N.C., she was the wife of Thomas Ryskiewich of the home, and the daughter of Charles and Becky Parrish of Fuquay-Varina N.C. She was a member of Life Net Community Network. Paula received her Associate Degree from Peace College, a Bachelor Degree in Elementary Education from East Carolina University and her Master’s Degree of Education from Elon University.

She is also survived by her son, Stephen Ryskiewich of the home; one sister, Sherry Williams and husband Kevin of Sanford N.C.; one brother, Scott Parrish and wife Angela of Kipling, N.C.; three nephews, Mitchell Williams, Camden Parrish and Colby Parrish; and niece, Rebecca Williams Ledford.

The family will be receiving friends at the Rich and Thompson Funeral Home in Burlington from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Friday, January 11, 2019.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Kipling United Methodist Church; 55 Kipling Church Rd., Kipling N.C., on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. with the family receiving friends from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. prior to the Service. The committal service will be held immediately following the service at Olive Branch Cemetery in Kipling. Services will be officiated by Pete Beck, III and Rev. Melinda Ivey.
