Patricia Scott Cooper

Mrs. Patricia Scott Cooper, 76, of Haw River passed away at Brookdale Memory Care on Monday, February 10, 2020 at 3:55 a.m.

A native of Alamance County, she was the wife of Jerry Rayfield Cooper, who survives and the daughter of Eugene Scott and Mary Denson Scott, both deceased. She was formerly employed with Union County, NC. Patricia was a member of Lebanon United Methodist Church.

In addition to her husband, survivors include a son, Neil Randolph Cooper of the home; sister, Frances Poe of Mebane; and brother, Tommy Scott and wife Susan of Mebane. She was preceded in death by a brother, Bill Scott.

The family will receive friends at the Rich & Thompson Funeral Home and Crematory in Graham on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.  At other times, the family will be at the residence of her brother, Tommy Scott, 151 Log Cabin Trail, Mebane, NC.

A memorial service will be conducted at Lebanon United Methodist Church on Thursday, February 13, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. by Rev. Sean Kavanaugh.

The family wishes to extend a special thanks to Hospice and Palliative Care of Alamance-Caswell and also Pat’s Brookdale family who lovingly cared for her these past two years.
