Merita Kay Moser

Merita Kay Moser, 78, of Snow Camp went home to be with her Lord on Wednesday, March 25, 2020.

A native of Alamance County, she was the daughter of Dewitt Moser and Hazel Coble Moser, both deceased. Miss Moser retired from Burlington Industries. She was a member of Mt. Hermon United Methodist Church where she was a Sunday School teacher since 1960 and a cemetery trustee. She was also very active in the Mt. Hermon community.

Survivors include a brother, Don K. Moser of the home; sister, Nelda M. Cook (Harold) of Snow Camp; two nephews, Randy Doby (Kim) of High Point and Kenneth Doby (Cherki) of Reidsville; two great-nieces, Samantha Doby and Genie Rogers (Jerrid); and great-great-niece and nephew, Courtney and Brenton Rogers.

In light of the recent mandate due to the Coronavirus, a private graveside service will be conducted at Mt. Hermon United Methodist Church Cemetery on Saturday, March 28, 2020 at 2:00 pm.

Friends and family are welcome to come by the funeral home on Saturday, March 28, 2020 from 9:00 am until 12 noon to pay their respects to Miss Moser.

The family will have a memorial service at a later date.
