Mr Dickie Hamilton

Mr. Dickie Hamilton, 66, of Burlington passed away at his residence on Saturday, September 22, 2018.

A native of Alamance County, he was the son of Marvin Douglas Hamilton, Sr. and Ruby Mae Glasgow Hamilton, both deceased. He retired from Piedmont Natural Gas and was a member of Friendship United Methodist Church.

Survivors include a son, Brandon Hamilton and wife Laura of Graham; three grandchildren, Vespera Hamilton, Samantha Hamilton and Korben Hamilton; a great-grandchild, Acelynn Priest; sister, Pat Hamilton Monk of Burlington; niece, Jennifer Shepard and husband Robert; and two great-nieces, Charlzton Moore and Grace Moore; and a great-nephew, Jaxon Moore.

The family will receive friends at the Rich & Thompson Funeral and Cremation Service in Burlington on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 from 6 until 8 p.m. Other times they will be at the residence of his son, Brandon Hamilton, 2530 Lacy Holt Road, Graham, NC.

The funeral service will be conducted at Friendship United Methodist Church on Thursday, September
27, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. by Rev. Thurman Horney. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
