Mabel C. Trollinger

Mabel C. Trollinger, 91, of Burlington, passed away peacefully at AuthoraCare Hospice Home on Monday, May 9, 2022, after numerous health challenges over the past year.

A native of Johnston County, she was the wife of the late Eddie B. Trollinger, Jr., and the daughter of Milton J. Collins and Leacy Sullivan Collins, both deceased. Mabel was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Burlington.

Survivors include a daughter, Sue Trollinger of Burlington; a son, Eddie M. Trollinger and wife Sandy of Burlington; grandchildren, Collins McAdams Peavy and husband Alex of Burlington, Jacqueline McAdams Howard and husband Matt of Wake Forest, and McKenzie Trollinger of Burlington; and three great grandchildren, Winston Peavy, Parker Peavy, and MacGregor Howard. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Deborah Trollinger McAdams. 

A private family service will be conducted by Rev. Carrie Tuttle, First Presbyterian Church, Burlington.
