Mr Lynwood Roland Cook

Lynwood Rowland “Bubba” Cook, 81, of Graham, died Thursday, June 8, 2017 at Moses Cone Hospital in Greensboro.

A native of Caswell County, Mr. Cook was the husband of Dorine Cook, who survives, and the son of the late Lynwood Cook and the late Emma Louise Rowland Cook Fuquay.

Mr. Cook retired from Colonial Mall in Burlington. He was a member of Baynes Baptist Church in Caswell County.

Survivors include his wife, Dorine, of the home; a daughter, Pamela Cook of the home; a son, Charles Cook of Roxboro; three brothers, Raymond Cook of Hyco Lake, Dwight Cook of Burlington and Larry Cook of Danville, Virginia and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Cook was preceded in death by a sister, Dorothy Cook Roberts and a brother, Jerry Cook.

The family will receive friends at Rich and Thompson Funeral Home and Crematory in Graham, Tuesday, from 12:30 – 1:30 prior to the service.

A funeral service will be held Tuesday, at 2:00 pm in the Rich and Thompson Chapel. Officiating will be Don Aldridge.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to any local food bank.
