Lynn Anderson Williams

Lynn Anderson Williams, 75, of Burlington passed away at his home on Friday, April 9, 2021.

A native of Alamance County, he was the loving husband of Phyllis S. Williams, who survives and the son of William Garland Williams and Minnie Jones Williams, both deceased. Lynn was a veteran of the United States Army and retired from Byrd’s Warehouse.

In addition to his wife of the home, survivors include five children, Rodney Williams (Gary) of Graham, Daniel Williams (Pam) of Gibsonville, Joyce Long ( Michael) of Snow Camp, James Lee (Casey) of Graham, Christy Doyle (Mark) of Knoxville, TN; 12 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; a godson, Hunter Wayne; one brother, Richard Williams (Barbara) of Graham; two sisters, Faye Pergerson of Graham, Linda Williams (Dan) of Graham and a special niece and caregiver, Paula Williams.

He was preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters.

There will be a graveside service held at Alamance Memorial Park on Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at 2:30 pm.

Mr. Williams will be available at the funeral home in Graham on Monday, April 12, 2021 from 1:00 pm until 4:30 pm for friends to come by and pay their respects.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or to the American Diabetes Association.
