Lillie Jean “Jackie” Baise Jones, 74, of Mebane passed away at Peak Resources-Graham on Thursday, November 19, 2020 following a brief illness.
A native of Rockingham County, she was the loving wife of the late Thomas Lenard Jones for over 50 years and the daughter of Jack and Mae Baise, both deceased. She was formerly employed in the textile and real estate industries. She was a member of Harvest Baptist Church. Jackie loved her dogs and spending time with her granddaughter, Courtney. She had passion for gardening and enjoyed helping people.
Survivors include a son, Thomas Jones and wife Debra of Mebane; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two brothers, John Baise Ruffin and wife Barbara and William Baise and Nellie of Eden; a niece, Wanda Kay Whitten; and two nephews, Mark Daniel Baise and Ronnie Guill. She was preceded in death by three sisters, Carrie Leigh Cook, Myrtie B. Guill and Anna Baise.
The funeral service will be conducted at Antioch Baptist Church on Sunday, November 22, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. by Pastor Steve Loy. Burial will follow in Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery.
