Lewis Bennett Beaver

Mr. Lewis Bennett “B.B.” Beaver, 81, of Salisbury passed away at Transitions Life Care Center in Raleigh on Sunday, June 11, 2017at 2:41 p.m.

A native of Rowan County, he was the husband of 58 years to JoAnn Hollar Beaver and the son of Lewis Alfred Beaver and Della Allman Beaver, both deceased. Lewis retired from PET Dairy with more than 50 years of service. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, a member of the Salisbury Jaycees and a member of Ebenezer Lutheran Church in China Grove, NC.

In addition to his wife of the home, survivors include a daughter, Kim Campbell and her husband, Ron of Raleigh; a son, Mike Beaver of Graham, five grandchildren, Mark Campbell and his wife, Samantha, Kirsten Beaver, Alex Beaver and his wife, Taylor, Jason Campbell and Katie Beaver; a great granddaughter, Annabelle; two sisters, Linda Cherry of Kannapolis, NC and Phyllis Ritchie of Georgia; and a brother, Rev. Tommy Beaver of China Grove, NC.

A memorial service will be held at Ebenezer Lutheran Church in China Grove, NC on Sunday, June 25, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. by the Pastor Bob Young.

The family will receive friends following the service at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Ebenezer Lutheran Church, Organ Fund, 4914 Old Beatty Ford Rd., China Grove, NC 28023.
