Kittie Allen

Mrs. Kittie Allen, 61, of Graham passed away at UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill on Wednesday, June 5, 2019 following one year of declining health.

A native of St. Petersburg, FL, she was the wife of Phil Allen, who survives and the daughter of Thomas and Janice Reece, both deceased. Mrs. Allen retired from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill-Grounds Department. She was a member of Cedar Cliff United Methodist Church where she served on the Cemetery Committee for several years.

In addition to her husband of their home, survivors include one daughter and two sons, Jessie Allen of Graham, Jake Allen of Graham and Jeremy Allen and his wife Tracy of Wake Forest and their daughter, Adalyn; one sister, Betty Sites of Newton, NC; and two brothers, John Reece of Graham and James Reece of Front Royal, VA.

A memorial service will be conducted at Cedar Cliff United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall on Sunday, June 9, 2019 at 1:00 p.m.
