Joshua Lynn Dean, 29, of Elon, passed away Tuesday, September 18, 2018.
A native of Alamance County, Josh was the husband of Elizabeth “Libby” Dean and the son of Ricky and Hollie Dean.
Josh was a 2007 graduate of Western Alamance High School and was an account manager with The Decal Source.
Josh was a member of Trinity Worship Center, where he served on the Worship Team and was involved with Youth Quake.
In addition to his wife, Libby, of the home, Josh is survived by his son, Cooper Dean, of the home; his parents, Ricky and Hollie Dean, of Elon; two sisters, Brittany Garner and her husband, Chuckie, Amanda Smith and her husband, Josh, all of Burlington; maternal grandparents, John and Gretchen Towry, of Texas; paternal grandmother, Betty Dean of Snow Camp; paternal grandfather, James Dean and his wife, Donna, of Graham; parents-in-law, Keith and Stacy Brown of Gibsonville; brother-in-law, Jared Brown of Gibsonville; niece, Charlee Garner; nephews, Tucker Smith and Cohen Garner and many beloved aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family will receive friends Saturday, September 22, at Trinity Worship Center, from 9:00 until 10:45 am. Other times they will be at the residence of his parents, Ricky and Hollie Dean, 3572-A Shepherd Road, Elon, NC 27244.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, following the visitation. Officiating will be the Rev. Darrell Cox. Burial will follow in Alamance Memorial Park.
