Johnsie Hiatt Faircloth

Johnsie Hiatt Faircloth, 90, after a lengthy illness went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 13. 2023.

A native of Davidson County, she was the wife of 64 years to the late James “Jim” Faircloth of Burlington, NC and the daughter of John Andrew Hiatt and Mabel Farabee Hiatt, both deceased. She was a former High School Teacher and a member of Davis Street United Methodist Church.

Survivors include a son, Edward Faircloth (Jessica) and a brother, Andy Hiatt (Sandra). She was preceded in death by a son, Glenn “Drew” Faircloth and two sisters, June Motsinger (Will) and Linda Cline (Jim).

The family will receive friends at Rich & Thompson Funeral and Cremation Service in Burlington on Sunday, September 17, 2023 from 2:30 until 4:00 p.m. Other times they will be at the residence.

The funeral service will be conducted at the Rich & Thompson Chapel in Burlington on Monday, September 18, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. by Rev. Jesse Baker. Burial will follow at Alamance Memorial Park.
