Mrs Jamie Nash

Jamie Nash, 76, of Snow Camp, NC, passed away on Saturday, 8/17/2019, at her residence.

A native of Alamance County, Jamie is the wife of G. Carl Nash and the daughter of James Paul McPherson and Grace M. McPherson.

She retired as the Postmaster of the Saxapahaw, NC Post Office, with over 30 years of service. She was a member of Community Baptist Church.

In addition to her husband Carl, Jamie is survived by two daughters, Carol McArthur and Cheryl Gerringer and her husband Simon, all of Snow Camp. Also surviving are step daughters, Debra Welsh and her husband David, Amy Newberry and husband, James; a step-son, David Nash, all of Raleigh; her brother, Jimmy McPherson, of Snow Camp; grandsons, Bobby Gerringer and his wife, Amanda and Brandon Gerringer; great-granddaughter, Lila Gerringer and 22 step- grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, 8/21/2019 at Alamance Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends at Rich and Thompson Funeral Home in Graham from 9:30 until 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, prior to the graveside service.
