James Mitchell Vinson, 65, of Caswell County passed away on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at the Cone Health Alamance Regional Medical Center.
A native of Caswell County, he was the son of the late Floyd Ivory Vinson and the late Mary Hurdle Vinson. He retired from Copland Fabrics after 46 years. During his retirement, he enjoyed fishing and hunting.
He is survived by his sister, Rita Vinson Ostrom and her husband Ronald; nephews, Phillip Ray Wall, Jr. and Matthew Allen Wall; great-nephew, Cooper Allen Wall; uncle, Ronnie Vinson and his wife Sharon; cousins, David Malone, Angela Clay, Brenda Citty and Dawn Hurdle Compton and her husband Bill; and a host of friends.
The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
