James Conrad Beaver

Mr. James Conrad “Connie” Beaver, 86, of Graham died at Alamance Regional Medical Center on Sunday, July 9, 2017 at 11:50 a.m.

A native of Person County, he was the husband of the late Nancy Foushee Beaver and the son of James S. Beaver and Dollie Roberson Beaver, both deceased. He was a veteran of the U. S. Navy serving during the Korean War and retired from Lucent Technologies. He was a member of Beacon Baptist Church.

Survivors include a son, Keith C. Beaver of Haw River and three granddaughters, Stephanie Beaver of Sanford, Christine Beaver of Haw River and Emily Beaver of Graham three great grandchildren Ayden, Lexi, and Alexander.

The funeral service will be conducted at the Rich & Thompson Chapel in Graham on Thursday July13, 2017 at noon by Rev. Gregory N. Barkman. Burial will be at Burchwood Cemetery in Roxboro on Thursday July 13, 2017 at 2:30 p.m.

The Family will receive friends prior to the service from 11:00 a.m. to noon on Thursday.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Beacon Baptist Church 1622 Kirkpatrick Road, Burlington NC 27215.
