Isabella Kimbro Allred, 80, formerly of Elon passed away at Vienna Village, Pfafftown, NC on Thursday, September 19, 2019 at 3:32 p.m.

A native of Caswell County, she was the wife of the late William Herndon Allred and the daughter of Willie Malloy Kimbro and Etta Byrd Kimbro, both deceased. She graduated from Anderson High School and through the years worked for Triad Golf Today, LabCorp, Baby Needs and Kayser Roth. She was an active member of the North State Boat Club.

Survivors include her son, Jay Allred and wife Susan of Pfafftown; two grandchildren, Victoria Allred (Sebastian King) of Greensboro and Catherine Allred of Pfafftown; and brother, W. M. Kimbro, Jr. (Carolyn) of Caswell County. She was preceded in death by a brother, Eric Kimbro.

The funeral service will be conducted at the Rich & Thompson Chapel in Burlington on Monday, September 23, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. with the family receiving friends from 12:30 until 1:45 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will follow in Concord Christian Church Cemetery, Elon, NC.
