Mrs. Hazel Haymore Ingold, 91, of Burlington passed away at Coble Creek Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center at Twin Lakes Community on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at 12:15 p.m.
A native of Moultrie, GA, she was the wife of the late James Luther Ingold and the daughter of Jesse Franklin Haymore and Daisy Darnell Haymore, both deceased. Mrs. Ingold was formerly employed with Stadler Ham. She was a member of Beverly Hills United Church of Christ where she was a former choir member and on the Board of Christian Educaton. She was also a member of the Hustler’s Sunday School Class.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. William (Carol) Hyndshaw of Burlington, Mrs. Rick (Bonnie) Matkins of Granite Falls, NC and Mrs. Mike (Ellen) Massey of Whitsett, NC; eight grandchildren, Jennifer Robbins, Susan Conklin, Stephanie Abdalla, Nick Matkins, Dan Matkins, Brandon Massey, Andrew Massey and Erin Audino; and twelve great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sisters and five brothers.
The family will receive friends at Rich & Thompson Funeral and Cremation Service in Burlington on Sunday, October 14, 2018 from 2:00 until 2:45 p.m. prior to a graveside service. Other times they will be at the residence of Carol Hyndshaw, 710 Westbrook Drive, Burlington, NC.
A graveside service will be conducted at Pine Hill Cemetery on Sunday, October 14, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. by Dr. Dace Lewis and Rev. Phil Bowers.
