Lee Lynch Aldridge

Ms. Lee Lynch Aldridge, 86, of Yanceyville passed away at the Hospice Home on Monday, September 3, 2018.

Lee was born in Washington, D.C. and grew up in Alamance County. She was the daughter of Thomas Franklin Lynch, Jr. and Helen Barbor Lynch, both deceased. Lee was a retired nurse with Alamance Regional Medical Center. She enjoyed flower arranging and knitting. She attended Bethel Christian Church.

Survivors include a son, George Irvin Aldridge, Jr. and wife Sandra; daughter, Sharon Walker and husband Wally; three grandchildren; and one step-grandchild. She was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Franklin Lynch, III.

The funeral service will be conducted at the Rich & Thompson Chapel in Burlington on Thursday, September 6, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. by Rev. Barry Lane with the family receiving friends from 2 until 3 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery.
