     Frances M. Fulton,  age 65, passed away peacefully on July 4, 2019 at Haywood Regional Medical Center in Clyde, NC.  She was born November 13,  1953 to the late Roy and Eula (Dickerson) Weeks.  She was married to the late Robert E. Lee Fulton, Jr.,  living their years together in Reidsville, NC until her health diminished due to Parkinson’s Disease. She spent her last few years as a resident of Haywood Lodge,  Waynesville, NC,  where she is greatly missed.  Frances truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures.  Just like her favorite song, “I Just Got To Heaven and I Can’t Sit Down”,  her new home takes her to a wonderful place where she will be found socializing,  singing and dancing to  her hearts’ content. 

     She was preceded in death by her daughter,  Lisa Saul, and her brother, Donald Weeks.  She is survived by her daughter,  Angela (R.L.) Franklin;  grandchildren,  Kenneth Saul, Jr., Amber Saul and Sarah Williams; several great grandchildren;  sisters, Peggy (Terry) Bates and Sharon Davis;  brothers, Roger (Mona) Weeks,  Jerry Weeks and special friends,  Shirlene Gray and Vivian Bondurant. 

     Her wonderful spirit and joy will be celebrated at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 5,  2019 at a Memorial at Camp Springs United Methodist Church Cemetery,  Cherry Grove Road,  Reidsville, NC.  Family and friends are welcome to join each other immediately following the memorial at Pleasant View Assembly of God,  Cherry Grove Road,  Reidsville, NC.
