Evelyn Williams Ledbetter Davis

Evelyn Williams Ledbetter Davis, 90, of Graham passed away at AuthoraCare Hospice Home on Wednesday, October 5, 2022 following a recent illness.

A native of Guilford County, she was the wife of the late Arthur Murel Davis and the daughter of Ernest Wade Ledbetter and Hattie McKinney Ledbetter, both deceased.
She was a retired licensed practical nurse working at different nursing facilities. She was of the Lutheran faith.

Survivors include five children, Anne Clemmer and husband Lawrence, Susan Blake and husband Jerry, Rhett Bray and wife Karen, Donna Ortego and husband Raul, and Wade Bray; stepson, Jeff Davis; twelve grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Marion Shelton and Ina Ruth Ledbetter.

The funeral service will be conducted at the Rich & Thompson Chapel in Graham on Saturday, October 8, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. by Rev. John Mark Beam with the family receiving friends from 10:00 until 11:00 a.m. prior to the service. Burial will follow in Graham Memorial Park.
