Even though I have not seen Ed for several years, I have kept up with him through my parents. Ed became our neighbor when I was a child. He and Polly were always very good to me. This world will miss him greatly, but I am sure he is doing well in heaven.

My Godfather is free to be whatever his soul has decided to manifest . He was my hero, my mentor advisor and prayer warrior. His body is not here yet his memory and his devotion to you, Polly, Brenda, Greg and Adam remains intact. He was truly a giant among men and a humble one at that. Holding all in my heart of heats.

Ed was a special friend to a lot of people, I have known him for many years, and he always had a smile for everyone. We last spoke a month ago and as always he was cheerful. My heartfelt condolences to you and family.

We both were associated with Ed in some of his volunteer work and we found him to be a warm and caring person who was always willing to help others..

I worked in the Rehab Department at Edgewood Place for many years and had the pleasure of encountering Ed as he volunteered there. Always a gentleman and always compassionate for the residents and staff there, he was a valued volunteer. He was a giving and empathetic person that always made your day brighter when you spoke with him. It was an honor for me to know him.
