Cathy Dee Fowler Johnson

Cathy Dee Fowler Johnson, 64, of Burlington, died on Friday, June 15, 2018 at her residence.

A native of Alamance County, she was the wife of Jerry Curtis Johnson, who survives, and the daughter of DeRoy Fowler and the late Peggy Parrish Fowler. She was preceded in death by her furry friend, Frosty.

She retired from Cortina Fabrics and worked part-time at Endless Summer Tanning Salon. Mrs. Johnson regularly attended Northside Presbyterian Church and was well known for her loving and caring personality.

In addition to her husband, Jerry Curtis Johnson of the home and her father, DeRoy Fowler of Burlington, she is survived by a sister, Pam Fowler Hutton and husband Stephen of Apex; her niece, Stephanie Hutton Bora and husband Romeo of Apex; and her mother-in-law, Wanda Brooks of Haw River.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, June 18, 2018 at the Rich and Thompson Chapel in Graham with Rev. Jim Mitchell officiating. Burial will follow at Phillips Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Monday from 12:00 until 1:30 PM prior to the service at the funeral home and at other times will be at the residence.
