Carrie Elizabeth Phillips

Carrie E. Phillips, 88, of Burlington, passed away at White Oak Manor on Thursday, March 1, 2018.

A native of Oakland City, IN, she was daughter of the late Victor Lee Conrad and Verna Irene Smith Conrad. She was retired as an Assistant Credit Manager with Potter & Brumfield – Division of AMF. She was a member of the Church of the Nazarene where she played the piano for many years.

Surviving are a daughter, Melodie Beard, of the home; grandson, Jeffrey Beard (Teresa) of Huntertown, IN; and a great grandson, Andrew Beard.

Services will be held at a later date, and there will be no local visitation.
