Obituary
Carl Joseph DeLiberto, 82, of Graham, passed away on Friday, June 28, 2019 at Alamance Regional Medical Center.
A native of Huron County, OH, he was the husband of Nancy LaRue Deliberto and the son of the late Paul DeLiberto and the late Lucille Moscorelli DeLiberto. Carl was a veteran of the United States Army, a retired employee of Whirlpool Corporation in Clyde, Ohio and member of Harvest Hills Church of God.
In addition to his wife of the home, he is survived by two daughters, Betty Jo Schappacher and her spouse Ralf of Graham and Karen Brunthaver and her spouse Ray Thompson of McLeansville; two sons, Daniel D. Bowles and his spouse Tam of Fremont, OH and Randall Bowles of GA; six grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; three sisters, Ignatia Trapp and her spouse George, Carma McGuire and Thersa Shoemaker and her spouse Paul; one brother, Russell DeLiberto and his spouse Rose; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Tracy Jurovcik.
His memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, July 1, 2019 at Harvest Hills Church of God. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM prior to the memorial service at the church.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Harvest Hills Church of God, 3110 South Maple Avenue, Burlington, NC 27215.
