Mrs. Candice Thomas Wynn, 40, of Haw River passed away at Alamance Regional Medical Center on Tuesday, February 4, 2020.
A native of Alamance County, she was the wife of Billy Wynn and the daughter of Edward and Camille Thomas, all who survive. Candice was a Girl Scout from the third grade until graduation where she received the Silver and Gold Awards which are the highest awards the Girl Scout organization gives to its members. She was a cosmetologist. She was a member of Union Ridge Church and attended Burlington Assembly of God. Candice was even in death able to help others through organ donation.
In addition to her husband of their home and parents of Burlington, survivors include her children, Garrett Wynn and Rebekkah Wynn, both of their home; one brother, Drew Thomas and wife Brittany of Burlington; nephew, Clayton; mother-in-law, Faye Wynn; three sisters-in-law, Bonita Coble, Tena Davis and Tracy Hall and husband Keith; six nephews; and two great-nephews.
The family will receive friends at Rich & Thompson Funeral Home and Crematory in Graham on Friday, February 7, 2020 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Other times they will be at residence.
A memorial service will be conducted at Burlington Assembly of God on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at 4:30 p.m. by Rev. Bryan Rainbow.
