Beverly Janiene Noel

Beverly Janiene Whiting Noel, a longtime resident of Arvada, CO, currently living in Mebane, NC died Sunday the 23rd day of September at the home she shared with her daughter and son-in-law, Shari and John Ferguson. She was born November 29, 1930 and raised in Ord, NE. She moved to Lincoln, NE out of High School and then Denver, CO where she met her loving husband, Maurice “Mo” Noel under the mistletoe. It was a match made in heaven; he had the records and she had the record player! They shared 50 years together, raising three girls. Beverly worked for First Federal Savings & Loan before retiring. She then volunteered at Lutheran Hospital in Wheatridge, CO assisting families in their time of need. Along with Mo and daughter, Nancy, she was a charter member of the Arvada Center Chorale, singing in the community and around the world.
She was preceded in death by her parents James Earl Whiting and Elsie Jane Banta Whiting, Husband, Mo Noel, and sisters, Doris Grabhorn and Darlene Grant.
She is survived by her three daughters, Diane Hall and husband John Hall of Arvada, CO, Nancy Noel-Pearce and husband David Pearce of Kenmore, WA, Shari Ferguson and husband John Ferguson of Mebane, NC, and step-daughter Connie Elkins of Parker, CO. Other survivors include grandchildren Maureen Arthur, Lindsay Michel, Dee Michel, Brent Hall, wife Christine and children Liam and Ronan, and Courtney Windholz, husband Matthew and children Dylan Capritta and Elliana Windholz. She is also survived by her eldest loving sister, Yvonne Jauman of Lakewood, CA, and her angel/caregiver, Sharon Mosher of Burlington, NC.

Memorial Services will be October 29, 1:00 at King of Glory Lutheran Church, 10001 W. 58th Ave., Arvada, CO. Interment will take place October 30, 11:30 at Arvada Cemetery.

Beverly believed all children need books and should never go hungry. She requested donations in her memory be made to the Ord Township Library Foundation and the Arvada Community Food Bank “Feeding the Future” program.
