Betty Jean Neese Noble

Betty Jean Neese Noble, 91, of Graham, passed away Friday, January 21 at the Hospice Home in Burlington.

A native of Alamance County, Mrs. Noble was the wife of the late James William “Bill” Noble, Sr., and the daughter of the late James Horace Neese and the late Margaret Ione Stanfield Neese.

Mrs. Noble retired from the Mecklenburg County Health Department and attended church in Charlotte.

Mrs. Noble is survived by two daughters, Carolyn Noble of Graham, Susan Michelle Noble Bruner of Graham; five grandchildren, Jeffrey Ryan Moss, Brian Noble, Matthew Noble and Michael Noble and Jason Noble; and many loving great-grandchildren; Bill’s children, Terry, Tony and Todd Neese; Linda’s children Karen-Bond Crispo, Diana Horne-Toth, Sammy Horne and Gary Horne..

In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Noble was preceded in death by her son, James William Noble, Jr.; a grandson, Zachary Noble; a sister, Linda Neese Horne; two brothers, Bill Neese and Kenneth Neese.

There will be a graveside service in Linwood Cemetery at a later date.
