Betty Summers Isley

Betty Summers Isley, 93, of Graham passed away at Alamance Regional Medical Center on Tuesday, January 11, 2022.

A native of Alamance County, she was the wife of the late Cloice N. Isley and the daughter of Rufus Wallace Summers and Addie Belle Pugh Summers, both deceased. She was formerly employed with Koury’s Dress Shop. Betty was a member of Mt. Hermon United Methodist Church for over 70 years.

Survivors include her daughter, Sandra I. Coble (Donald Coe) of Graham; son, Tommy L. Isley (Donna) of Graham; three grandchildren, Rodney D. Coble (Emily), Holly Isley Neeriemer (Gabriel), and Hope Marie Isley; and three great grandchildren, Allee Coble, Samuel Neeriemer, and Harrison Neeriemer. She was preceded in death by a brother, Bobby Lee Summers.

The funeral service will be conducted at the Rich & Thompson Chapel in Graham on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at 12:00 noon by Pastor Keith Porter with the family receiving friends from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon prior to the service. Burial will follow at Mt. Hermon United Methodist Church Cemetery.
