Betty Morin-Griffin of Burlington passed into heaven on July 9, 2019.
She was the daughter of the late Donnie and Billie Medford, and richly blessed to be a born-again child of Jehovah God because Jesus paid all of her sin debt at Calvary and filled her with His Holy Spirit. She was the widow of the late Richard E. Morin the late Rev. Julian P. Griffin. She was most honored and blessed to be the mother of son Donald Medford Lee (wife Jean) of Graham, and daughter Scotia Saunders (husband T.E.) of Gibsonville, who survive. She was doubly blessed and honored to be the grandmother of four, Dustin Coleman, Noah Lee and Ethan and Addie Grace Saunders. Other survivors include beloved sisters, Sandra Medford Winebarger (and the late husband Marion) of High Point, Linda Medford Martinez (husband Chris and daughter Stella) of Monroe.
A celebration of life will be conducted at the Rich & Thompson Chapel in Burlington on Thursday, July 11, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. with the family receiving friends immediately following the service. A private burial will be held at Pine Hill Cemetery.
