Barbara Evans Heritage

Barbara Evans Heritage, 73, of Burlington passed away at Alamance Regional Medical Center on Monday, January 13, 2020.

A native of Griffin, GA she was the wife of the late Willard Franklin Heritage, Jr. and the daughter of the late James Clarence Evans and the late Mary Lucille Hollars Evans.

She is survived by her daughter, Kemberly Heritage Lucas (Stanley); son, William Kevin Heritage (Kim); grandchildren Danielle Johnston, Taylor Tarpley, Jessica Odonnel, Justin Heritage, Lauren Blankenship and Melissa Blackwelder; great-grandchildren, Jaxon, Mason and Levi; and many others that she loved and treated as her own.

The family will greet friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Friday, January 17, 2020 at the Rich & Thompson Mortuary in Burlington. At other times they will be at the residence of her granddaughter, Jessica Odonnel.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, January 18, 2020 at the Rich & Thompson Chapel in Burlington. The committal service will be held at Pine Hill Cemetery immediately following the funeral service.
