First connection with Beth was briefly in Latin class at Williams then 23 years ago in Burlington after our adventures around the world. She became a dear sister in Christ and friend. Beth amazed me with her passion to build new opportunities for this community. Her greatest vision was to see her childhood home become a place of celebrations and new beginnings. Powell Manor fulfilled that vision, a challenging healing process. Beth was a blessing in my life, to so many. May her legacy be for her family one of saving grace, healing peace, and joy in the Lord.

I miss my DEAR SWEET friend Beth and have treasured our friendship over the last 15 years. i have place her doggies in good homes and kept her 14 year old poodle as part of my family. Thanking Mike Campbell and Russell Guy for letting me help with re-homing her beloved Swans and her beloved ducks from Powell Manor to Lamm's Lake. I miss her childlike giggle , and everything else about her so much, she was such an amazing person and someone that i have greatly admired since the 6th grade. Mary Anne Butler

Thanks to Beth and other committed members of the Sister City program, we were honored to take four trips to Soledad/San Luis Potosi, Mexico. The activities, the Mexican and American friends gained, eager students from the tech schools all contributed to a mind and heart expanding experience. I am sending a donation to Sister Cities Alamance Burlington, in honor of Beth, and I hope MANY OTHERS WILL DO LIKEWISE. We need scholarship monies for the program so that others can share our experience. Beth would be VERY HAPPY about this. A lovely woman and so accomplished yet modest. That's a rare and special combination.
