Mrs Anita Coggins Bunton

Mrs. Anita Coggins Bunton, 56, of Liberty passed away at her residence on Friday, November 10, 2017 at 10:30 a.m.

A native of Alamance County, she was the wife of Doug Bunton and the daughter of the late Charlie Coggins and Irene Davis Coggins White and her husband, John, who survives. Anita attended Full Gospel Tabernacle in Graham.

In addition to her husband, Doug of the home and her mother of Asheboro, Mrs. Bunton is survived by two daughters, Kellie Kennedy of Burlington and Carlie Pickler and her husband, Matthew of Granite Quarry, NC; son, Nick Morris and his wife, Tiffany of Wisconsin; three grandchildren, Trenton Kennedy, Logan Harris and Wyatt Pickler; brother, Dean Coggins and his wife, Shirley of Liberty; sister-in-law, Linda Coggins; two step children, Tammy Moore and Jackie Bunton and his wife, Heidi; five step grandchildren, Marshall Moore, Makaela Moore, Savannah Vance, Halley Bunton and Jackson Bunton; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Charlie Coggins; step-mother, Ruby Coggins; step-sister, Jane Whittington; and step brother-in-law, Richard Whittington.

The funeral service will be conducted at the Rich & Thompson Chapel in Graham on Monday, November 13, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. by Rev. Kevin Barbour. Burial will follow in Linwood Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the Rich & Thompson Funeral Home and Crematory in Graham on Sunday, November 12, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Other times they will be at the residence.
