GRAHAM – Amy Lindley Wallace, 37, of Russell Road, Graham died Saturday, October 6, 2018.
A native of Alamance County, Amy was a registered nurse in the PACU at UNC Memorial Hospital in Chapel Hill and a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church. Amy was a graduate of Southern Alamance High School and the nursing program at Alamance Community College.
Survivors include her husband, Matt Wallace of the home; her mother, Trish Lindley of Graham; her children, Abby, Alaina and Alex McBride and Anna and Amelia Johnston of the home; her stepdaughter, Ally Wallace of Hawaii; her grandparents, L. Wayne and Sarah F. Lindley of Graham; her brother, Mark Lindley of Richmond, Virginia; and a number of beloved aunts, uncles, cousins and nieces.
She was preceded in death by her father, John W. Lindley, a son, Andrew Wallace, and her grandparents William T. and Sadie Shaw.
The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. on Thursday, October 11, 2018 at Rich and Thompson Funeral Home in Graham. The funeral service will be conducted at Mt. Olive Baptist Church on Friday, October 12, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. David Crowther officiating. Burial will follow at the church.
