Alice Faye Bennett

Alice Faye Bennett, 73, of Mebane passed away at Hospice Home in Burlington on Friday, January 10, 2020.

She was born in Warren, Arkansas and was the daughter of the late Lloyd Temple and Nettie Frazier Temple. Alice loved being a homemaker, spending time with her family, horseback riding and crocheting.

She is survived by a daughter, Shannon Edwards of Mebane; a son, Scott Bennett and wife Lisa of Warner Robins, GA; seven grandchildren, Mark Bennett, Chris Bennett, Nicholas Bennett, Zachary Bennett, Jasmine Edwards, Gabriel Bennett and Max Bennett; five great-grandchildren, Jaxson, Carson, Chelsea, Charlotte and Paisley Bennett; one living sister, Linda Kay Martin Riles.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Varnice Martin; and two brothers, Bobby and Chuck Bennett.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, January, 12, 2020 in the Chapel at Rich & Thompson Funeral Service in Graham, NC.
